CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made via email to info@invisibleelement.com. Please double-check all orders for accuracy prior to contacting us. If your order has already been shipped, your order is not eligible for cancellation.
REPRINTS
If your print order contains an error or damage, please contact info@invisibleelement.com so your order may be corrected or replaced. Include your order number, date of purchase, and information in your email. Replacement prints will only be remade for the original order and will be shipped via the same original shipping method. Additional rush charges or expedited expenses will be an additional fee paid prior to your replacement item will be processed.
DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING
In the event that your shipment appears to be damaged, accept the shipment (do not refuse) and immediately open and inspect the contents, making note of the damage. Photos of damage should be taken for insurance purposes. Work More Or Less will make the claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim has been made, a replacement product will be made or a refund will be issued. Your replacement product will be sent as your original order. Additional rush charges or expedited expenses will be an additional fee paid prior to your replacement item will be processed. Shipping damage is outside of the control of Work More Or Less, however, we will do everything to ensure your product arrives as expected.
